At Superior Florist, we take pride in our work and try to ensure 100% satisfaction. However under rare situations we may have to offer a replacement arrangement or provide a refund. And there may be circumstances where you may have to cancel an order. Here are our guidelines:
Replacements
- Please inspect the flowers upon delivery for any damage or wilted flowers and notify us immediately with pictures. We will send a replacement arrangement. Our driver will pick up the damaged/wilted arrangement. We offer this free replacement for 48 hours from receipt of the original arrangement. Please let the recipient know to expect the flowers. We will make an attempt to deliver and also call the recipient at the time of delivery.
- Green and Blooming plants will be replaced free of charge if they arrive damaged. This free offer is restricted to 24 hours from time of delivery.
Order cancellation prior to delivery:
We require a notice of 24 hours to process an order cancellation with a 100% refund. Cancellation of an order that is already designed and out for delivery is not feasible.
Attempted deliveries:
We will refund the order value minus the delivery fee if a delivery was attempted and the products were returned to the store.
Please note that we will attempt delivery once for the delivery fee paid with the order. Repeat attempts may incur an extra delivery fee and will be charged to your credit card.
